Artist Statement

Painting from his home studio in Lewes, Delaware, George W. Thompson creates abstract images that explore the surrounding world and the juxtapositions of man and nature through impressions of color, space and time.

My recent works have been a meditation on what and how the world will change in the future.

The world is changing, is it our fault, can we stop it, do we want to stop it, do we even have the choice?
