I retired from the State of Delaware in 2006 to pursue my passion for working with kiln formed glass. A few years ago I discovered that nature photography brings me joy in a whole new way. I spend many hours alone at sunrise in local marsh, bay, and ocean venues capturing the start of a new day; then returning home to edit them, seeking to recreate the mood, energy, light, I experienced in the moment. My photographs are currently displayed at Legislative Hall in Dover, Dover Art League, and Bayard Pharmacy in Dover. I was quite proud to have been asked to be the photographer for the latest CD of the duo Covered Bridge, "Rock, Wood, Strings and Hope.", A photo of mine was recently included in Outdoor Delaware magazine and can often be seen in the Delaware State News Scenic Delaware section.
