Artist Statement

“We started Romanick Pottery in 1994 with the dream of owning our own gallery and doing what we love to do, creating pottery.  We fill our gallery with what excites us, rich earthy colors, beautiful shapes and clean lines that come from our hearts.

All of our pottery is created in our studio just minutes from downtown Newark.  We invite you to stop into our gallery and browse our large selection of handmade pottery.  From vases, pitchers, platters, mugs and bowls to whimsical sea creatures and piggy banks.  We’ll be happy to tell you all about our work and help you select the perfect gift or piece of pottery for your own home.”

We welcome custom work!  Dinnerware sets, personalized wedding and anniversary gifts are just the beginning, we’ll even do a whimsical sculpture of your dog!  Bring us your idea and we’ll create it for you!
