Artist Statement

Living as I do along the shores of the Delaware Bay, I am drawn to the natural wonders and the glimpses of history our beautiful state provides. 

Fine porcelain is my canvas as I capture marine life, Delaware's local plants, bugs, animals and sometimes historic lighthouse scenes long gone from our coastline.

I came to the work late in life, having retired from my career as a counselor. I owe a debt of gratitude to several local porcelain artisans,as well as to many galleries, civic organizations and competitive venues that have featured my work. 

I love creating unique realistic art that adds splendor and function to any home. Commissions welcome.
