Artist Statement

Joshua is an artist based in Wilmington, Delaware that primarily focuses on photography, drawing, and digital artwork. I am very much attracted to abstract expressionism. Beauty can be found within the simplest of subjects. Sometimes less is really more. I believe that the viewer ultimately fills in the meaning of a piece of artwork. The viewer may not see what I saw when I created a photo, a drawing, or a painting, and that is okay. Everyone brings their own body of experiences to the table and will interact with a piece of artwork in a unique manner.
