Artist Statement

Karla Swarthout started working with glass about ten years ago creating stained glass pieces. Her attention shifted to hot glass after attending a beginning fusing class. That was just the beginning.

"I am as fascinated today with melting glass as I was the day I fused my first piece. It is a fun and addicting hobby!" say's Karla.

Karla is currently living in Seaford DE and co-owns The Eye 4 Glass Studio.
